It has definitely been a while since I have been on here. School, work, personal life, family falling apart, etc, has kept me away.

So, here's what's up.

Work:
I don't get enough hours. At all. I wish I did, because I need to get out of this toxic household, but with the lame hours I am getting (which are almost too much as it is, with how much schoolwork I have), it is just not possible. *sigh*

School:
I am taking fifteen credit hours, and good gawd it feels like way too much right now. T_T I've gotten extensions in most of my classes on my major projects because of the home/family situation, but it still isn't enough. I hate to admit it, but I am really struggling this semester. Right now I've got As and Bs, but the work is really starting to pile up.

NaNoWriMo:
It's not going so great, but I won't let myself work on it until all of my schoolwork is knocked out. Right now I'm at 11k (I did some work earlier in the month before stuff could start piling up), which is behind, but manageable. If any of you remember last year, I was at 10k half way through NaNoWriMo and still made it to the finish line.

Personal Stuff:
Life is going okay. I've got a supportive group of friends, and a supportive S.O., so all is good. In a sense. The problem is that my mother is really sick right now and will be going through surgery soon, so my brain is just not functioning. It is making my school work increasingly hard to get through, I can't concentrate, and I'm afraid I won't get everything done. Also, my Greatgrand Uncle is in the hospital, dying, soooooo. Yeah.

Artistic Stuff:
I'll be scanning in the storyboards I did for my production class, as well as some other drawings and doodles I've done lately. I'll probably post some more of Efficient Machine, and maybe an excerpt from my NaNoWriMo this year as well.

That should be about it for now. Hopefully I'll start posting stuff again soon!
